Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of furniture, staging inventory, and freight shipping costs, our return policies differ from standard retail.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unused

  • Item is in original condition

  • Item is in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Staging inventory sold at cost

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Used or installed furniture

  • Items damaged after delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return freight costs

  • Packaging materials

  • Carrier coordination

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Because LTL shipping is expensive, return freight may equal or exceed the original delivery cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos and packaging images

  • We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion

Damage not noted at delivery may void claims.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of returned goods.
