Thank you for shopping with us. Because many of our products include furniture, staging pieces, and oversized décor, shipping is handled differently than standard parcel deliveries.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom, made-to-order, or staging inventory pieces may require additional preparation time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We ship using a combination of:

  • Standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) for smaller items

  • LTL Freight Carriers for furniture and oversized products

Freight carriers may include providers such as SAIA, Estes, XPO, or similar national carriers.

Freight Delivery (LTL Shipments)

LTL deliveries typically include:

  • Curbside delivery

  • Scheduled delivery appointment

  • Signature required

Additional services may incur fees:

  • Liftgate service

  • Inside delivery

  • White-glove delivery

  • Debris removal

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated transit times:

  • Parcel: 3–7 business days

  • Freight: 7–21 business days depending on distance and carrier scheduling

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier capacity, or holidays.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect all freight deliveries upon arrival.

If damage is visible:

  1. Note damage on the delivery receipt

  2. Take photos immediately

  3. Contact us within 48 hours

Failure to report damage within this window may limit claim eligibility.
